Media Contour guarantees
that all web design,
web development, online
marketing, and software
development work performed by us is original and unique in its
design. We will modify work until the client is 100% satisfied.
MC warrants it has the legal right to use any toolbox items, pre-developed
code or to display any information, copy, images and artwork that
it provides to the client for inclusion in the work.
Communication
We promise to respond to all emails and voicemails within one business day. We will be available Monday through Friday, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. (PST) except for National holidays and will communicate such closures within 48 hours.
Timeliness
All requests submitted in writing to Media Contour, shall be due on the date mutually agreed upon. Turn-around-times are guaranteed for the period of time in which the material is within our control. If MC causes completion of the project to be delayed, through no fault of the client, MC will refund the client according to Terms and Conditions of the General Agreement.
Cost
Media Contour guarantees the cost of the project will not extend beyond what has been quoted. Exceptions to this include shall only include client delays and natural disasters beyond the control of MC or the client. If an increase in price is necessary, MC will notify the client ahead of time in writing, and seek approval before such costs are incurred.
Training
We promise to teach the client how to make basic textual edits to their site. We will also provide written instructions for using any back-end management or administrative tools we have created. We will also assist you in reading your site statistics and analytics, transforming them into useful information.
Confidentiality
Media Contour agrees that any client materials will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties nor used in any way other than for the task at hand. Media Contour will return all client materials to the client upon completion of the project.
